Changes:

Add some basic .vscode settings like default tab size and nix line length ruler.
Nix ruler color, 'Argentinian Blue', as per Nix branding guidelines. 'Afghani Blue' would be the darker alternate.
Set the branch protection property to "main" once the team gets setup and working with branches.

- Add some basic vscode settings like default tab size and nix line length ruler.
